Weekly Report
July 27, 2000

Greetings Friends,

The Republican Convention is almost upon us (July 31-Aug. 3), and activities are gearing up!!!! Our friends in PA have sent an itinerary for the week?s actions and events, and I hope that some of you who are local can attend or pass the word around to your networks. Will we sit by silently while an executioner of 137 people so far in Texas becomes the GOP presidential candidate? NO!!!!! Pennsylvania Abolitionists United Against the Death Penalty is going to be busy organizing the week?s events, and we thank them for putting together this resource. 15,000 press people will be in attendance this week—get your messages ready!
