How do I enter a promo?
When you're in the “view cart” step there will be an enter Promo Code box. Enter your promo code there.

How do I enter a contract number?
If you register at demco.com as part of the setting up your account you can enter your contract number at that time. This way when ever you shop at demco.com it will be attached to your order and you will see your discounted price.
If you missed entering your contract number at the final checkout page, Review and Submit, you can click on edit under the contract pricing line and enter it then.

How do I add sales prices to my web order?
Use the quick order link on the home page and enter the product number including the letter. This will indicate the sales price.

How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
At the View Cart step, there is a remove item feature. You can chose the remove all function to empty your entire cart or you can choose individual items to check off and then click on the Remove button on that page. It will remove the item and recalculate your shopping cart.

Has my cart turned into an order?
Under my account you can see the status of activity of your account and see if your order is active.

How do I change email address my ID or password?
Go to the My Account link on the home page, log in and then click on the edit link to make any changes.

What is the difference between a List vs. Cart?
Cart equals a current order where a List is a "wish list" of your favorite products saved for a later time. You can turn a list into a cart to place an order when ready.

How do I get a shipping estimate?
When you’re on the View Cart page it will determine shipping at that time.

Do I have to sign in to place an order?
Yes. Creating an account is simple and will allow you to track your orders, create lists of products and much more.

The product number on demco.com doesn’t match the catalog product number.
The number is the same; it will have a different letter at the beginning of the product number. It may also have extra 0’s at the end. It is the same product.

How do I get a catalog?
On the left hand side of our web site, you will see a Free Catalog link under the Highlights Heading. Click on the Free Catalog link and fill in your mailing information.
